Privacy Notice

Last updated: 19 October 2026

This notice explains what happens to your personal data when you use these pages to ask for, book or attend a free Next Move Call with Johanna Parnis England. It covers call.go.johannaparnisengland.com and the messages that follow. Our main website has its own notice at johannaparnisengland.com/privacy-policy.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Johanna Petreski, trading as Johanna Parnis England, Apt 5, 50A Triq il-Ghajn, Swieqi, Malta ("we", "us"). For anything about your data, email [email protected].

2. What we collect

  • What you type in the form: your first name, email address and mobile number, and your tick to accept these terms.
  • Your booking: the date and time you pick, and anything you add in the booking form.
  • Which ad or link brought you here: the campaign details in the link you clicked (UTM tags and ad ID), saved with your contact record.
  • What you do on the pages, through the Meta pixel (see section 5).
  • Our messages with you: emails and WhatsApp messages, and short notes Johanna keeps from your call.

Please do not share health or other sensitive details in the form. If you mention something personal on the call, it stays confidential and is used only to help you.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • To book your call, send your Google Meet link and remind you of it. This is a step you asked us to take before any agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
  • To follow up after your call, and to send you information about Johanna's coaching and programmes by email and WhatsApp. This is based on your consent, given by ticking the box. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • To see which ads bring people who book, so we spend less on ads that do not work. This uses the Meta pixel and the campaign details in your link, based on your consent and our legitimate interest in measuring our advertising.
  • To keep basic records in case of a question or dispute later. This is our legitimate interest.

We do not sell your data. We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone.

4. Who handles it for us

We use service providers (processors) who handle your data only on our instructions:

  • HighLevel (LeadConnector), our CRM: it stores your details, runs the form and booking page, and sends our emails and WhatsApp messages.
  • Google: Google Calendar and Google Meet, for your booking and the call itself.
  • Meta: WhatsApp Business, for the WhatsApp messages from +1 985 287 5763.
  • A marketing agency based in Malta (Growth Bully) sets up and manages these pages, the CRM and the messages for us, under a written agreement.

We may also share data where the law requires it.

5. Cookies, the Meta pixel and ad tracking

These pages use the Meta pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms Ireland. It sets cookies and tells Meta that a browser visited a page, filled in the form or booked a call. When you fill in the form or book, the same event is also sent to Meta from our server (Meta's Conversions API), with your email address and phone number scrambled (hashed) first, so Meta can match it to your account without receiving them in plain form. We use this to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show our ads to people more likely to find them useful. Meta and we are jointly responsible for collecting and sending this data; Meta's own privacy policy covers what it does with it afterwards. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account.

6. Data sent outside the EU

HighLevel, Google and Meta are based in, or use, the United States. Where your data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it.

7. How long we keep it

  • If you leave your details but do not book a call: we delete them 24 months after you last heard from us or contacted us.
  • If you have a call but do not join a programme: we delete your details 24 months after the call.
  • If you become a client: your client agreement applies, and the law requires us to keep basic billing records for six years.
  • If you unsubscribe: we keep your email address or number on a do-not-contact list, so we do not message you again.

8. How to stop the messages

  • WhatsApp: reply STOP to any message.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
  • Or email [email protected] and we will stop all messages.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR and Malta's Data Protection Act (Cap. 586), you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of your data
  • correct it
  • delete it
  • limit how we use it
  • stop using it for marketing, or object to other uses based on our legitimate interest
  • send it to you, or to someone else, in a common format
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before

Email [email protected]. We reply within one month. It is free.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta at idpc.org.mt. We would appreciate the chance to sort it out with you first.

10. Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms for these pages are at call.go.johannaparnisengland.com/terms.
