These terms apply when you use this page to register for a free masterclass or book a free Next Move Call with Johanna Parnis England. By ticking the box on the form, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

This page is run by Johanna Petreski, trading as Johanna Parnis England, Apt 5, 50A Triq il-Ghajn, Swieqi, Malta ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].

2. The free masterclass

• The masterclass is free and runs online. We send the joining link to the email address you give us.
• Places may be limited. Registering holds your place for that session only.
• We may change the date or time, or cancel a session. If we do, we tell you by email and offer you the next date.
• The session may be recorded. If it is, we tell you at the start, and you can keep your camera off and use a first name only.
• The masterclass materials, slides and recordings belong to us. You may use them for your own development. You may not share, copy, sell or republish them without our written permission.

3. The free Next Move Call

• The Next Move Call is a free 20-minute online conversation about where you are now and what you want next.
• You can reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation email. Please give at least 12 hours' notice so the slot can go to someone else.
• The call does not commit you to anything. If we both think a programme is right for you, we explain it, and it then has its own written agreement.

4. Coaching is not therapy or professional advice

Our coaching, masterclasses and calls are for professional and personal development. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or employment advice, and they do not replace it. You stay responsible for your own decisions and their results.

5. No promised results

We share methods and examples that have worked for others. Your results depend on you, your workplace and many things outside our control, so we cannot promise any particular outcome from a free session or call.

6. How we contact you

When you register or book, we use your details to send you the joining link, reminders and follow-up about the masterclass and our programmes, by email and, if you give us your mobile number, by WhatsApp or SMS. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any WhatsApp or SMS message to stop them. 7. Behaviour in group sessions

Please be respectful to other participants. Do not record, screenshot or share anything other participants say or show. We may remove anyone from a session whose behaviour disrupts it.

8. Our responsibility

We take care to run every session and call well. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from a free session, call or this page. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under Maltese or EU law, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you register or book is the one that applies.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction, without taking away any right you have to bring a claim in the courts where you live.
